Distinguish between self-awareness and self-talk.

 

Self-awareness is a direction you have to go and self-talk is insurance.

With self-awareness, you can find where you have to improve.

People who confront distress, they usually do self-talk.

 

Introspector/ Aware/ Seeker/ Pleaser

change your reference point can change your awareness.

Look at people above you.

 

Self-aware people know what they are doing, why they are doing

 

First Step: Do actions, try to explain the harsh reality

 

The reality of me:

I haven't worked yet -> Even I knew I needed the experience to work a part-time job, but I assumed that I was the smart guy who can do his own business, which was not true.

My weakness: when I say I do something, I do, but I do really slowly unlike passionate entrepreneurs. I do not have their mid-set yet, but I just assuming I'm good enough because that would make me feel good for the time being.

I'm not so much disciplined, but I know I keep improving. Maybe I should try other ways to improve myself.

I know I haven't accomplished any big projects yet.

I know I haven't studied how to earn money and how to save money and how to spend money.
